Please note the below before proceeding to digitally sign your E-NACH Mandate using AADHAAR



  • This service is available only for an individually operated account or a joint account that is operated by any one of the account holder's signature.
  • Please keep your 12 digit AADHAAR number handy for E-Mandate verification.
  • Do ensure that your your AADHAAR number is updated against the bank's account through which the amount will be debited.
  • Mobile number should be mandatorily linked with the AADHAAR that will be provided for verification. An OTP will be sent to this mobile number for AADHAAR verification.
  • You should hold an account with any of the below bank's who are live on AADHAAR Authentication Services for Auto-Debit.
  • I hereby declare that the particulars being given on this mandate are correct and complete and express my willingness and authorize to make payments referred above through participation in E-NACH.
  • This is to further confirm that the declaration has been carefully read, understood & made by me. I understand and agree that premium amount to be debited from my account may vary due to taxes and other statutory levies as may be applicable from time to time.
  • I understand and accept that the transaction will be effected on the policy on the due date provided the day is a working day. If the transaction is delayed or not effected at all for reasons of incomplete or incorrect information I shall not hold the Company responsible.
  • Request for cancellation for E-NACH has to be provided 15 working days before the due date or the same would be effective from the next premium due date.
  • First Premium debit after E-NACH registration will happen only if the policy is in active status on the date of E-NACH registration in Tata AIA Life records. In case the policy is in lapse or reduced paid up status and Tata AIA Life receives a request to debit for all the due premiums through E-NACH at one go, the per transaction debit limit will be the mandate amount registered for E-NACH.
  • For ULIP policies, the NAV applicable will be of the premium due date or premium received date whichever is later.
